Lauren Kirkpatrick
Recreational + Competitive Team Coach
Lauren is a passionate and dedicated Acro and Gymnastics Instructor with over 16 years of experience teaching athletes and dancers of all ages. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment where every dancer feels empowered to grow, explore their creativity, and develop confidence in their abilities.
Lauren believes that dance and acro training is more than mastering skills—it’s an opportunity to build character, resilience, and self-belief. She strives to nurture each dancer's unique spirit, encouraging them to embrace their creativity, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential both inside and outside the studio.
Her extensive qualifications include certification through Gymnastics Ontario in Foundations Theory, Foundations Introduction, Foundations Trampoline, and Competition 1 (Theory Artistic) in Women's Gymnastics. Lauren also holds an Alixa Flexibility Certification, as well as First Aid and CPR certification.
Lauren takes pride in helping dancers discover what they can achieve. Her greatest reward is watching her dancers gain confidence, believe in themselves, and celebrate their personal successes along the way.
