Julia Gosson
Founder & Director
Julia founded Quinte Elite Dance in 2017 with a vision of combining high-quality training with kindness, inclusion, affordability, and a healthy life outside the studio. With a background in nonprofit leadership and community development, she is passionate about creating a welcoming studio where every dancer feels supported and belongs.

Tawny Jackson, M.B.A.T.D.
Director, Non-Competitive Programming
With over 30 years of teaching and studio leadership experience, Miss Tawny brings extensive knowledge and passion to Quinte Elite. A certified Life Member of the B.A.T.D., she is dedicated to building strong technique, fostering a lifelong love of dance, and mentoring the next generation.

Jodi Banks
Competitive Team Coach
​Miss Jodi trained extensively in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, acro, and musical theatre before gaining professional performance experience in Toronto and with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. She loves helping dancers develop strength, confidence, musicality, and a passion for performance.

Jesslyn Bibby
Recreational + Competitive Team Coach
​Miss Jess began dancing at six and trained as a competitive dancer with Quinte Elite before transitioning into teaching. She is passionate about helping dancers develop confidence, technique, and a love of dance while creating a positive and encouraging studio environment.

Jenna Gosson
​Recreational + Competitive Team Coach
Jenna is a former competitive dancer who has trained extensively in performance, artistry, and dance education, including three years with The Bridge Movement in the United States. As a teacher and choreographer at QEDT, she helps dancers build strong foundations, develop artistry, and grow in confidence.

Megan Sfatcos
Competitive Team Coach
​Miss Megan began dancing at three and has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. With experience training at organizations including the National Ballet of Canada and Quinte Ballet School, she loves helping young dancers grow in confidence and skill.

Lauren Kirkpatrick
Recreational + Competitive Team Coach
​Miss Lauren has over 16 years of experience teaching dance, acro, and gymnastics. With extensive gymnastics and flexibility training, she creates a supportive environment where dancers can build confidence, resilience, creativity, and a belief in what they can achieve.
